Dub Star 50 isolation feet – suits Rega turntables with M6 thread

These are softer sprung versions of the 2″ Dark Star 50 feet. We named them Dub Star as they can absorb lower frequencies and deep bass which can upset lighter equipment. They are similar in proportion and looks to the Dark Star range, but these are designed specifically for Rega turntables with 6mm threads to locate their feet. They will fit the current Rega P6, 8 and 10, which take three feet. (Check the thread as early models may vary.)

For Rega P1 ,2 and 3 there is a new product here.

This model will simply replace the standard feet, which can be unscrewed and these screwed straight on in their stead. There are usually three feet on the Rega turntables, but they will fit other makes too. No modifications are required and the the process is entirely reversable.

They give a clearer sound, bigger soundstage, with better instrument separation. Blacker quiet passages with reduced surface noise.

The overall diameter of the Dub Star feet is 52mm (2 inches) and height around 47mm (1.8 inches) unloaded.  They weigh around 30 grams (1oz). Their load capacity is up to about 4kg (8lb) for a single foot. The main body is made from a carbon fibre tube which holds an African blackwood foot on an elastomer web. They are best used on a hard flat surface as they have an X cross section O ring in the base to provide further damping.
