Solidair Audio Ukishima 4 Aluminium – set of 4 isolation feet
The Solidair Audio Ukishima 4, offering high end affordable aluminium HiFi isolation feet for lighter weight HiFi components. They are made of aluminium, with a silver or black anodised, very low maintenance finish. These feet are designed to be used with light weight HiFi components like CD or DVD players, Pre-amps and Phono stages.
Each foot has a load capacity of 0.1 to 4Kg. The set of four will give a total capacity of 0.4Kg up to 16Kg maximum. The feet are 31mm in diameter and vary between 29mm and 40mm in height depending on the load, typically 32 to 34mm in use. The top and bottoms of the feet are faced with cork for further isolation and scratch resistance for your HiFi components and shelving. They work on a magnetic levitation principle to float your HiFi component in the air and decouple it from it’s surroundings.
Please note the orientation of the foot, with the larger section on top, they are designed to work better this way up.
Ideal load guide per foot: 4kg foot – 0.5 to 3kg 6kg foot – 1 to 5kg 10kg foot – 3 to 8kg 15kg foot 5 to 12kg
These feet are suitable for most light to normal HiFi components, heavier amps and turntables will need to look at the more powerful options.
As with our other products they offer excellent isolation properties for a huge range of Hifi. Anything with moving parts, coils, transformers, capacitors or valves will benefit from good isolation to clean up the signal and give a more detailed sweeter sound.
The listening tests we have carried out so far have been very positive, most people have been unable to tell the difference between these and our brass range, they give significant sound improvements and excellent value for money. If you have a very serious HiFi setup you may prefer the brass, bronze or wood ranges, but for most systems these are superb.

I’m very pleased with these – bought some for my Blu ray player a while back but had neglected to do anything about the hifi. That sits on a Townshend VSSS rack, which cost a pretty penny back in the day and I thought dealt with isolation exceptionally well. I decided to give them a bash here after a change of CD player and occasional very high volumes made it clear that some vibration was getting through. I now have them under CD, pre-amp and both power amps, and it feels like I’m only now getting to hear how good these actually are. Singers and instruments are now better projected forwards and defined in the distance, there is more focus and precision, rhythms are tauter and deeper and the sound is much more cohesive and natural – it’s much easier to cease analysing and it gradually dawn on you that you’ve got lost in what you are listening to – surely the whole purpose of listening to music. I’m also picking out the occasional small detail that hadn’t been apparent before.
A very cost-effective upgrade.

Put these under my Pro-ject turntable as I have wooden floors and some movement. They were better than the £250 Pro-ject Ground-it Deluxe
No worries once these were installed, and as they have cork bases and tops no faffing around with adhesives and easy to relocate.

Perfect for my 8kg turntable. Exquisitely made and packaged, they have little lateral movement compared to products such as Sorbothane, so seem to be less prone to lateral airborne vibration, yet isolate nicely from vertical surface vibration transfer.
