PRIVACY
Our payment providers are Stripe and PayPal and your credit card details are taken securely on their servers. Stripe is or preference of these two as it costs us less and helps keep our prices down. Payment can also be made by BACS transfer if you prefer and this is the lowest cost option for us..

We do not directly take or store your credit or debit card details on our site.
In order to process and dispatch your order we may collect the following information:
Name
Contact information including email address, phone number
Demographic information such as post code, preferences and interests
We may also periodically send promotional email about new products, special offers or other information

TERMS AND CONDITIONS and DELIVERY
All stock items will be dispatched within three working days unless otherwise specified. Custom made items may take longer and will be processed by arrangement with the customer.
All items are sent sturdily packaged and will need to be signed for on delivery.
Deliveries should not be accepted if they arrive in a damaged condition.
Returns: Items may be returned after a ‘cooling off’ period of up to 28 days after the order is delivered. The full cost of the product will be refunded in this case, but not postage. For custom products we may charge a restocking fee to cover the cost of the parts we cannot reuse.

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours or you may be liable for the charges incurred by the payment provider (no charges for bacs payments).

Products are subject to constant evaluation and development in order to give you the best performance we can. We try to keep the website up to date but sometimes the website may not show or describe exactly the product in it’s current incarnation.
